Up to 400 jobs created with Newcastle's Frank Recruitment expanding overseas
Niche tech recruitment giant, Frank Recruitment has opened a total of five offices across Barcelona, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Cologne and Denver.
Approximately 400 new jobs will be created over the next 12 months, ranging from junior to senior recruitment consultant roles across a range of languages and brands, as a direct result of the company’s rapid growth.
Further hires are planned over the next few years.
In the last two months, Frank Recruitment Group has opened offices in Barcelona, Spain and Amsterdam, with a third office opening in Denver, Colorado, last month.
Another two offices will launch in Warsaw, Poland, and Cologne on October 15, with an additional office expected to open in Arizona in the New Year.
The company also recently launched Jefferson Frank and Nelson Frank, two new brands dedicated to Amazon Web Services and ServiceNow respectively.
James Lloyd-Townshend, CEO, said: “From the first day we opened our doors in Newcastle, right up to the launch of our latest new brands and our most recent international expansion, Frank Recruitment Group has always taken a highly-ambitious approach to growth strategy.”
The organisation has made investment in its workforce a priority, focusing on professional development, technology, marketing and support, and strategic expansion across Europe and North America.
Founded in 2006 in Newcastle, Frank Recruitment Group has grown into the leading name in niche technology recruitment and has made the Financial Times UK Future 100 list for its consistent growth over the years.
