St Helen’s firm awarded Bronze for gas excellence
M&Y Maintenance and Construction, part of The Regenda Group, has been recognised for its outstanding performance and technical ability at the prestigious Morgan Lambert Awards.
The St Helens based firm was awarded bronze in the category of Best Performing In-House Gas Team at a glittering awards ceremony at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham on 3 October 2018.

Last year, the team lead a major programme to improve carbon monoxide safety across Regenda Homes properties, installing innovative Aico Ei208 alarms across the housing provider’s portfolio of homes. Gill Kelly, Managing Director of M&Y Maintenance and Construction, said: “I am delighted that my team has been recognised at such as prestigious awards event.
“We are passionate about protecting customers, reducing risks and providing high quality service. Gas safety is hugely important and so it is fantastic to be recognised for our ability in the field.”
Morgan Lambert carry out post inspection quality audits for around 100 clients across the UK, with 55,000 carried out in the last financial year. The results of these audits are used to choose the nominees and winners of the awards.
