Aftersales Support Team Does the Double!
Family owned Swansway Motor Group has an Aftersales Support team which takes incoming aftersales calls, allowing service advisor teams in the 22 dealerships to give the very best face to face service to customers who are on-site.
The Support Centre is split into teams by brand and those teams need to have just as much brand aftersales knowledge as the teams based in the dealerships. Of course being distant from the sites makes this trickier, which is why there’s extra respect for Kelly Barnett and Steph Cooper, both of whom have become fully Audi accredited Service Advisors.
Kelly has been with Swansway for 4 years and Steph for 3 and a half years, both give credit to Liz Wainwright and the Crewe Audi aftersales team for supporting them. A delighted Kelly explained, “It was definitely harder not being based at a dealership and I want to thank Liz Wainwright for supporting me, she was a massive help. Completing training modules online before going to Milton Keynes really helped me too.
“The assessor was so impressed with the spider diagrams I’d created for my revision, that he took photos of them! I’m delighted that I’m now a fully accredited Audi Service Advisor”.
Steph modestly added, “I can’t take all the credit; I want to thank the aftersales team at Crewe Audi and Liz Wainwright for all their help and I’m finding the extra knowledge I’ve gained is really helpful in advising our Audi customers”.
