Growing burger brand to open first permanent restaurant in Shoreditch
London burger brand Burger & Beyond is to expand its presence in the capital by opening a restaurant in Shoreditch.
The company currently has residencies at KERB, Street Feast and Camden Assembly in the city, but will be bringing its signature dishes to a permanent site for the first time when its new eatery opens on Shoreditch High Street.
Founded three years ago, Burger & Beyond has built a reputation in London’s thriving street food sector for its beef burgers, but its team will also be providing a selection of fish, lamb and chicken dishes to diners at the new location, as well as various crafted cocktails and desserts.
Burger & Beyond directors Craig Povoas and Tom Stock said in a statement: “We are thrilled to be opening our first restaurant in Shoreditch. The location is perfect and the design brings our vision to life.
“The restaurant will showcase a different side to Burger & Beyond whilst staying true to the foundations of our brand; something that is not always possible within the constraints of the street food market.”
The new restaurant is being planned and built with help from London branding agency Run For the Hills, which has used Povoas and Stock’s preference of clean lines and linear lighting as inspiration for the eatery’s modern yet industrial design.
