10x Psychology appoints Nick Shaw as Managing Director

10x Psychology, the leading psychometrics and employee performance provider helmed by the renowned Peter Saville, has appointed Nick Shaw as its Managing Director. Nick will lead the business as it continues to deliver predictive, data driven insights into employee behaviour.

As one of the UK’s leading authorities on psychometric testing and a recognised talent management expert, Nick brings a combination of technical expertise and commercial insight to his role. Before joining 10x, Nick held senior leadership positions at SHL, leading commercial, operational and consulting teams globally and providing valuable insight into diverse sectors and geographies. His most recent role was as Managing Director of the SHL UK & Ireland business.

Nick’s work with boards and global HR teams has allowed businesses to implement world-class talent management processes, applying his expertise as an occupational psychologist to align talent strategies with commercial priorities.

Nick joins 10x Psychology’s expert team including David Arkless and William Saville on the Advisory Board. Formerly Global President at ManpowerGroup, David led the way in globalising the recruitment and staffing industry during the 1990s and established the concept of higher-value services in the sector. William is a co-founder of Unily, a key player in providing global intranet to improve communication and collaboration for major organisations.
