Swansway Citroën is Officially ACE
Citroën UK has recognised the family-owned Swansway Citroën dealership on Bumpers Road as officially ‘ACE’.
To achieve the accreditation, the Swansway management team worked alongside Aftersales experts from Citroën UK, on a nine-month consultancy, coaching and training programme, tailored towards providing excellent customer service in the Aftersales Department.
Covering everything from customer parking and onsite facilities, such as Wi-Fi availability and refreshments; to working in detail with the Service team to optimise standards in both Service reception and the workshop, achieving ACE Accreditation is a real coup for the Chester dealership.
Delighted Swansway Chester Operations Director, Andrew Wakelin, commented, “This is the result of great effort by our Aftersales team, led by Andy Little, and we’re so proud that the team joins our Swansway Peugeot dealership, on Sealand Road, in being, officially ACE! Customers at both centres can be assured of friendly, welcoming and professional service”.
Andrew added, “With the closure of the Citroën dealership in Abergele, customers who travel to Chester can be assured of officially excellent aftersales service.
