Housebuilder bags three-year partnership with Darlington's My Property Box
My Property Box has signed a new deal to let properties in West Park, Darlington, on behalf of Bussey & Armstrong.
The deal builds on its longstanding partnership with Bussey & Armstrong as it continues its work on the Darlington housing development.
My Property Box, a local letting agency, is embarking on its third year working with the housebuilder after securing this latest deal to let out apartments at the development.
Westpark Garden Village is a development by Bussey & Armstrong - based around the first new park in Darlington for 100 years.
Established in 1902, Bussey & Armstrong is a long-established housebuilder, which delivers ‘affordable’ housing projects.
Ben Quaintrell, My Property Box’s managing director, said: “We have enjoyed a successful and longstanding partnership with Bussey & Armstrong, and are delighted to take our work into a third year through its Westpark development.

My Property Box is a letting agency based at Business Central, Darlington, which delivers various etting services, including a bespoke digital platform for landlords, as well as a mobile app for tenants.
It has worked with Bussey & Armstrong since 2016, providing letting services for the housebuilder at its property developments across Darlington.
Ben added: “Securing high profile contracts and deals on developments such as Westpark are helping to drive forward our growth, and I am looking forward to working with Bussey & Armstrong again in the future.”
