West Hill Acquisitions announces rebrand to The Food Solutions Group Ltd.
West Hill Acquisitions has today announced its corporate rebranding to The Food Solutions Group Ltd. The new name, logo and brand identity represents the company’s growth and position within foodservice, and most importantly its commitment to provide consistent, exciting, flavourful and reliable food, along with a guarantee of food safety for corporate customers. In parallel, the Group embarks on the digital transformation of its companies through implementing an integrated e-commerce platform.
Headquartered in Shoreditch, London, The Food Solutions Group Ltd was formed in 2017 following the acquisition of three subsidiaries: Jeanie Marshal Foods (UK), OfficeServe and Chiltern Foods. All three brands will retain their individual identity as they continue to experience organic growth and are part of The Group’s targeted buy-and-build strategy.
Christoph Haschka, CEO, The Food Solutions Group said; “I am delighted to announce our rebrand. We operate in a market that uses a lot of perishable ingredients which typically have a short lifespan. With complex logistic processes and increasingly demanding consumers to consider, meeting expectations often proves a challenge for foodservice companies.
“To overcome many of these issues, we have developed an integrated eCommerce platform which encompasses central customer services and supply chain including production, procurement, logistics and delivery. A key benefit for Jeanie Marshal Foods (UK), OfficeServe and Chiltern Foods, this technology has been fundamental to leading the digital transformation of what is a historically laggard industry.
The Group employs 140 people and has more than 500 customers including Eurostar, Virgin Trains, Transport for London, BT Sport, HSBC and British Airways.
