Refurbished office units get green light to open in Leeds' business park
Leeds-based Evans Property Group is bringing to market two refurbished Grade A office units totalling more than 7,000 sq ft at Global Business Park in Millshaw, for sale or to let.
Global Business Park is said to offer occupiers ‘easy’ access to Leeds city centre, with Leeds Railway Station 3.8 miles away and Leeds Bradford International Airport 13.2 miles.
The scheme comprises seven Grade A self-contained office buildings, five of which have been let and sold to occupiers, including the Salvation Army and Secom, leaving two buildings of 3,100 sq ft and 4,100 sq ft available for sale or to let.
The BREEAM certified units are available with features such as designer kitchens, comfort cooling, high quality WCs, a shower room on the ground floor and car parking.
Richard Bean, senior asset manager for Evans Property Group, concluded: “We are delighted to bring to market Unit B and Unit D at Global Business Park in Millshaw.
“The excellent position of the Grade A office suites, situated within a well managed, highly landscaped estate, provides a unique opportunity for businesses seeking office accommodation to let or buy in a popular business area of Leeds.”
Agents for the development are WSB and Savills.
