Hertfordshire's Greenswan Consultants acquire new property with £6.5m NatWest funding
A Hertfordshire-based provider of residential care has completed the acquisition of its third care home facility.
Greenswan Consultants Ltd, which operates two residential homes in the region, has acquired Wymondley Nursing and Residential Care Ltd, after securing a £6.5m funding facility from NatWest.
The residential care specialist will now run the 59-bed facility, providing residential and nursing care for the elderly and is is located in Little Wymondley village.
Founded by Mr Mohammed Raja, Greenswan Consultants Ltd was established in 1994 when it launched the 29-bed Nightingale Nursing Home in Ware.
He said: “Our philosophy focuses on our ability to provide residential and nursing care facilities for elderly people in the Hertfordshire area, helping them live their life to the full.
“Thanks to financial support from NatWest, we are now able to extend the care that we offer to more people in need. We are looking forward to working with the team at Wymondley, to ensure we provide the best quality of care across all our sites.”
Greenswan Consultants Ltd will increase its £6m a year turnover by 45 per cent following the acquisition as well as grow its staff base.
Mr Raja plans to invest further into Wymondley Nursing and Residential Care by extending the current space within the next few years.
NatWest Relationship Manager, Rob Storey, added: “The finance we have provided will enable Greenswan Consultants to continue its aim of providing high quality care to as many people as possible whilst growing its business in the process.”
