Marketing and digital recruitment agency, Forward Role, are celebrating after scooping four national awards.
The string of wins included Best Regional Agency, Best Client Service, Best Large Agency and Agency of the Year, at the Marketing and Digital Recruitment Awards.
Held at a glitzy ceremony in London’s Hilton Bankside Hotel, the MDRA’s are renowned within the recruitment industry for highlighting excellence within the marketing, advertising, creative and digital sectors.
On the night, the judges gave special praise to Forward Role upon winning Agency of the Year, a category that included over 40 finalists; “The winner of this prestigious Agency of the Year category is a business that has displayed overall brilliance across the past twelve months.
“From candidate care to client development; improved processes, financials, placements and customer retentions; external branding, marketing, initiatives, investment in tech and people; CSR campaigns and giving back.”
Forward Role, which has supported the likes of AO.com, Iceland and Missguided to build some of the largest marketing teams in Manchester, have been branching out across the UK in a bid to become market leaders in their space.
“2018 has been an incredible year for Forward Role,” said Director Brian Johnson. “We’ve significantly grown our client-base nationally, invested in innovative new software, advanced our marketing activity and significantly expanded our team.
“All of the growth we’ve experienced has been fantastic but it’s been equally as important that we continue to offer a five star service, whilst also doing what we can for our local North West community.
“To win so many awards for the different ways that we support our clients and candidates is amazing. I’m so proud of the team who go above and beyond every single day for the people we work with – they wholeheartedly deserved this recognition!”
