Liverpool Welcomes Newest Luxury Beauty Spa
Liverpool’s newest pamper destination, Opal Rooms Beauty Spa, has opened its doors on Greenbank Road following a five-figure sum investment.
Following a 9-year career as a fully qualified therapist, former NHS wellbeing specialist and busy mum of three Victoria Cheung acquired the site earlier this year and after a complete renovation of the property’s interior she is now open for business.
The Wavertree venue offers a full range of beauty, makeup, skin and spa services, including luxury nail treatments, makeup packages, lycon waxing, Swedish full body massage and specialist facial treatments which focus on skin rejuvenation and problematic skin.
Managing Director of Opal Rooms Beauty Spa Victoria Cheung said: “It is so exciting to finally open my doors to the public after putting my heart and soul into this project. After years of working free-lance from my home studio, it has been a dream of mine to own a salon and be able to give people the confidence to feel and look their best. After working previously as a fitness instructor, nutritionist and wellbeing advisor, I’ve always had a real passion for people’s overall health and happiness and the range of treatments that I offer in Opal Rooms Beauty Spa have been created to achieve just that. I use only the best products on the market, including the highly acclaimed skincare brand Environ, in a bid to ensure that my clients can enjoy a quality experience at an affordable price.
“I have worked so hard to get to where I am today and I am continually looking to learn. Almost a decade ago, I decided that I wanted to take the leap in to the beauty business and since then I have undergone a series of courses and training and have built up a fantastic client base that will come with me as I start this new venture.”
Opal Rooms Beauty Spa also offers a range of packages ideal for hen-parties and special occasions with exclusive venue hire available for advance bookings. The venue also caters for children’s parties with specially created treatments perfect for little ones.
The salon is just one of Liverpool’s few licensed stockists of award-winning skincare Environ, a globally recognised and loved brand that is built on science, beauty and care. Victoria added: “Already I have had a wonderfully warm reception and have welcomed a number of new clients through the doors. I’ve already built up a team of staff that specialise in a number of areas and I am looking forward to growing my team as the business develops.
“My journey so far has been challenging but so rewarding and I’ve really enjoyed the process from start to finish. Creating the brand and the interior has been a creative process and I am delighted with the finished result, as are my clients. I’m looking forward to welcoming new faces through the door as we head in to the party season and in to the new year.”
