Festive Focus: In conversation with V4 Wood Flooring's Chris Vincent
Can you introduce yourself and your business to our readers?
“I’m Chris Vincent, the managing director of V4 Wood Flooring, an environmentally friendly wood flooring business.”
What was your company’s biggest achievement of the year?
“This year has been full of big achievements for us, including new branding and logo, starting the V4 World Design Centre, new accounting/invoicing systems and a new website.
“I’d say our biggest achievement was getting V4 World Design Centre off the ground and starting the construction process.”
How would you approach 2018 differently, given the chance?
“I don’t believe in having regrets, everything happens in the moment and it gets you to where you are today.
“Brexit has caused a lot of uncertainty this year, which has ultimately affected business decisions. I hope that in the coming months, we’re able to gain some direction so that smaller businesses like ours can prepare for leaving the European Union.
What are your company’s plans for the new year?
“V4 World will be the focus for 2019. Following the opening later in the year, we’re looking forward to showing off our multi-million pound investment to customers and developing our services.
What’s your favourite Christmas song?
“Maria Carey’s All I Want For Christmas Is You is definitely my guilty pleasure!”
