Indie training and social care provider moves into popular Stockton business park
A local independent training and social care provider has taken a ground floor office suite at a Stockton office building, located in a local office park.
In a deal brokered by Teesside independent commercial property consultants, Dodds Brown, Vision 25 has taken a new lease on 2,357 sq ft of office space at Richard House on Teesdale Business Park, to train young people aged 19 or over, living with a disability.
The new lease follows a successful planning application for change of use for the office building to include D1 training purposes. A second floor suite of 3,794 sq ft and a ground floor office suite of 1,150 sq ft remain available at Richard House.
Dodds Brown is the letting and managing agent for Richard House. Senior associate partner, Richard Wilson, said: “We are delighted to work with Vision 25 to complete this lease.
“Everyone in the organisation is passionate about helping young adults realise their potential and build self-worth.
“Richard House is a fully refurbished office building on one of the North East’s best business parks. There is easy access via the A66 and A19, generous car parking, on-site facilities and premium occupiers including Barclaycard, Durham University, TFM Radio, Quickly Finance.”
From its offices in Middlesbrough, Dodds Brown is the largest independent commercial property surveying practice headquartered on Teesside.
