What was your company’s biggest achievement of the year?
“We had our best year ever in 2018, which despite the uncertainty Brexit has created, with politicians seemingly determined to cock things up, shows that life does go on and deals continue to happen.”
How would you approach 2018 differently, given the chance?
“I probably wouldn’t have said ‘Bollocks to Brexit’ in a public forum - even though it did become a bit of mantra for me!”
What are your company’s plans for the new year?
“Keep on doing what we do well which is provide excellent and dedicated client service in a workplace where opinions are respected, where everyone is invited to contribute to the success of our business and where they’re rewarded for excellence.”
What’s your favourite Christmas song?
“Band Aid’s Do They Know It’s Christmas.”
