PERSHORE TEAM SCOOPS SITE AWARD

Employees at a popular housing development in Pershore are celebrating after beating off stiff competition to win the Persimmon Homes ‘Site Team of the Year’ award.

The team at the housebuilder’s Wyre Meadows development received the accolade after they impressed customers and management with their high level of customer care.

Sales advisor Kim Wilkins, 31, and site manager Nathan Cox, 24, dedicated the past 12 months to fully understanding their customers’ needs and ensuring that they enjoy a smooth journey from the first viewing through to purchase and final completion.

An independent Home Builders Federation survey concluded that 100% customers would buy again from the team, based off Station Road.

On the award win, Kim said: “It is a great feeling to be acknowledged for our hard work over the past year. Buying a new home is probably one of the biggest decisions that people make in their lives and we are thrilled to help our homeowners along the way, and it is brilliant to hear such brilliant feedback from the residents at Wyre Meadows.”

Persimmon Homes South Midlands managing director Andy Peters presented the trophy to the team and praised the duo on their exceptional service.

Carol Selway, sales director at Persimmon Homes South Midlands, said: “Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us as a business. This award recognises the individuals that have gone the extra mile, to make buying a property a positive and stress-free experience.

“It is fantastic to see a community blossoming at Wyre Meadows. It’s a development we’re really proud of, situated on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds. We would welcome along prospective househunters to the NHBC award-winning site, which has a range of homes to suit all tastes.”
