Carter Jonas sells 50,000 sq ft warehouse in Wiltshire
National property consultancy, Carter Jonas has sold the long leasehold interest in The Rygor Building in Westbury, Wiltshire, to Bill Kenwright Ltd.
Bill Kenwright is a production company belonging to the eponymous West End theatre and film producer, on behalf of H. E. Rygor & Sons.
The Rygor Building is a 50,000 sq ft self-contained warehouse building, incorporating office accommodation and a secure yard.
Bill Kenwright Ltd will occupy the entire building and use it as a storage facility for scenery and props connected to its productions, including Heathers (Haymarket); Foxfinder (Ambassador) and Evita (Phoenix and Dominion).
Alison Williams, associate partner of Carter Jonas Bath, said: “The sale underscores the demand for well specified space along strong transport corridors from a diverse array of occupiers.
