durhamlane celebrates 'record-breaking' year with over 100% revenue and order growth
Sales acceleration consultancy, durhamlane has achieved a record year for growth.
In 2018, the company increased its delivered revenue by 130 per cent and order intake by 148 per cent compared to 2017, having won contracts with the likes of PwC, Deloitte, InsideSales.com and HappyOrNot.
It has also renewed projects with local stalwarts, Home Group, NBS and TSG.
durhamlane has grown the number of customers that have purchased two or more of its three sales service offerings (sales outsourcing, training and recruitment) by 15 per cent.
Richard Lane, co-founder and managing partner of durhamlane, commented: “In a time of declining business confidence and uncertainty, we’re extremely proud to have ‘bucked the trend’ and maintained the exponential growth we have become accustomed to.
“It just goes to show what a strong company culture, dedicated team and a focus on delivering top class customer-service and partnership can achieve.”
The firm has also increased headcount by 26 per cent following its move to new offices in Silverlink Business Park, and plans to create at least 15 new jobs this year.
And despite Brexit uncertainty, durhamlane aims to open an office in Europe soon to service the growing demand of its services in EMEA.
Lee Durham, co-founder and managing partner of durhamlane, added: “Having funded the business entirely from our own pockets, it’s fantastic to see our company grow, winning work from global blue chips and high growth scaleups, creating new jobs…
“We’re immensely proud of what the team has achieved - they really do practice what they preach!”
