Rockborn Management Consultants support Lancashire Colleges to a successful merger
Manchester based firm, Rockborn Management Consultants has completed another merger supporting Nelson and Colne and Accrington and Rossendale Colleges safely across the line on 30th November 2018. The newly formed Nelson and Colne College Partnership will incorporate Nelson and Colne College, Accrington and Rossendale College and Lancashire Adult Learning, and will build on the outstanding performance of Nelson and Colne College.
Another educational success for Rockborn’s 5th merger over the last 3 years. The company has developed a strong presence in the further education sector in that time based on strong personal service and commitment to their clients goals. Rockborn Management Consultants has also carried out a number of strategic HR assignments over the period including culture mapping and post-merger integration work.
Principal of Nelson and Colne College Partnership Amanda Melton said: “This is a hugely exciting time for all involved in the merger process.
