In 2001, Julian became commercial manager for Port Marine, before moving on to become regional director at Tithegrove Ltd.

He said: “I am delighted to be starting this new role with the Severn Valley region. It’s an exciting time to be involved in the industry. There are lots of new people joining the team all the time as the business expands. New trainees are coming in and those who have been trainees for a while are moving up into senior positions.

“The regional offices are located right on the marina, so it’s great to be back following my work here in 2001. I think this is going to be a very exciting and challenging role and look forward to settling in with the team.”
