HomeServe recognised as ‘Best Home Emergency Cover Provider’ for fourth consecutive year in the independent Moneynet Personal Finance Awards
Leading UK home assistance company HomeServe has been named the nation’s ‘Best Home Emergency Cover Provider’ in the 2019 Moneynet Personal Finance Awards.
HomeServe was awarded the title by Moneynet following an independent review of all UK providers, and 2019 is the fourth consecutive year has been named in top spot.
Now in their ninth year, the 2019 Moneynet Personal Finance Awards highlight the top personal finance providers and products from the last twelve months.
HomeServe Membership CEO Greg Reed said: “We’re delighted to be named the UK’s best home emergency cover provider for the fourth year running. It’s a great way to start the new year which is always our busiest period of the year as 78% of boiler breakdowns across the country occur during autumn and winter.
“We’re constantly looking at ways in which we can improve our service and keep our Customers’ lives moving, such as our recently launched series of self-fix videos to help homeowners proactively handle minor issues around the home.
“It’s great to be recognised for the hard work our People put in to delivering class-leading service to our Customers and for going that extra mile.”
