Leeds' GVA industrial firm brings 23,000 sq ft unit to market

GVA’s industrial team, in Leeds, is bringing a 23,000 sq ft unit at Gildersome Link in Morley to the market, which will be available from July.

The modern unit comprises a two-bay steel portal frame unit with an adjoining two-storey office. There are also two ground-level loading doors into the warehouse.

Situated on a self-contained plot on Nepshaw Lane South, the unit has excellent access to Junction 27 of the M62.

Rob Oliver from GVA said: “Given the low levels of availability in the market at the current time, we are very optimistic about this new instruction and we’re pleased with the early level of interest that we have received.

“We have been instructed to market the unit on a leasehold basis, but our client may also consider a freehold sale, so the options are flexible.”
