Nigel Wright Group reveals record-breaking results with £17.3m turnover
Nigel Wright Group, the region’s largest, multi-discipline recruitment consultancy, completes 2018 with a record-breaking year of strong performance.
The latest accounts from Nigel Wright Group for the year ended April 30, 2018 show turnover of £17.3m (up from £16.4m in 2017) and a gross profit increase of six per cent to £13m (up from £12.3m).
This is said to be the best ever result in the Group’s 30-year history, due to the strong trading across the international consumer sector business and the Newcastle-headquartered regional business which includes an office in Teesside.
Nigel Wright Group has a network of 13 offices throughout Europe, focused on recruiting for international consumer brands.
Paul Wilson, CEO, said: “The performance this year reflects the hard work and commitment of the management team and all the employees here at Nigel Wright.
“We have a strong reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and are delighted that our customer satisfaction Net Promoter Score increased significantly to 55, demonstrating world class customer loyalty.
“This places us alongside global leaders in service excellence and culminates in clients trusting us to attract the highest caliber candidates for their organisations.
“With strong rates of employment continuing across Europe and closer to home in the North East of England, companies are finding they need to increasingly turn to high quality recruitment consultancies to help them find and attract the best talent.
“I firmly believe that our unique approach, where we pride ourselves on being truly global and operating as one business without internal barriers, assists these results and reflects the skills, knowledge and expertise we have in our teams across all territories and disciplines.”
