10x Psychology appoints Carys Law as Head of Client Engagement

10x Psychology, the leading psychometrics and HR analytics provider, has today announced the appointment of Carys Law as Head of Client Engagement. Working directly with Nick Shaw, Managing Director, Carys will be instrumental in the continued growth of the business.

With over 25 years’ experience working in talent acquisition, development and retention across all industry sectors, Carys brings a unique combination of in-house and consultancy experience to the role. She will be responsible for ensuring the solutions provided by 10x Psychology are aligned to the development and growth of its clients and the business.

Before joining 10x Psychology, Carys was most recently Head of Strategic Sales at SHL Group Ltd, leading the commercial team responsible for the company’s largest and most complex clients.
