Estate agency Sanderson Young opens flagship Alnwick office
Leading independent North East estate agent Sanderson Young recently relocated and opened a branch office in Alnwick, Northumberland.
The newly refurbished office, with a much larger window display, is based at 35 Bondgate Without, opposite Alnwick Playhouse and below the town’s squash club.
The relocation coincides with a strengthening of the office team with the appointment of Lauren Black, who has joined the estate agency as an administrator and sales negotiator.
Gillian Greaves, Alnwick branch manager for Sanderson Young, said: “We were so lucky to secure these attractive premises, downsizing our interior office space whilst keeping the most important aspect, a large window frontage, that’s so visible to the public.
“We are now able to provide outstanding window display space for our new homes clients as well as our private vendors selling throughout mid and north Northumberland.”
Duncan Young, chairman of Sanderson Young, who was born in Amble and schooled in Alnwick, said: “The future of our Alnwick office looks particularly bright and we recently secured an instruction, on behalf of The High Street Group, to sell 13 homes near the beach and lovely harbour in the attractive town of Amble, recently voted by the Sunday Times as one of the best coastal villages to live in the UK.”
“In Lesbury and Warkworth, our successful developer client, Lindisfarne Homes, offers two magnificent, small, exclusive schemes of detached, high quality, stone family homes.” Sanderson Young is planning to release further developments in Beadnell, Longframlington, Amble and Alnwick in the coming months.
