Shopping tech firm reveals partnership with French AI-driven company
London-headquartered Attraqt Group plc has announced a strategic partnership with Early Birds.
The company specialises in AI-driven ecommerce personalisation, in France. The partnership will see Attraqt and Early Birds combine both their ecommerce capabilities to offer retailers an enhanced personalisation solution.
The two companies will jointly pursue new business opportunities and each look to cross-sell specialist capabilities to consumers.
John Raap, chief partner and strategy officer at Attraqt, said: “We’re delighted that our partnership with Early Birds offers customers a rare opportunity to accelerate phenomenal shopper experiences in an omnichannel environment.
“This is a market dominated by vendors who tend to offer retailers an ‘either/or’ approach to expertise in search, merchandising and personalisation.
“Together with Early Birds, we can now confidently offer retailers an incredibly powerful toolkit of solutions across the customer journey- embedded in our mutual capabilities in delivering smart data insights and AI-automation.”
The partnership aims to provide Attraqt with further opportunities for commercial growth through the provision of a clear route to market in the French retail industry.
Alongside this, the partnership will allow Attraqt to rapidly and cost-effectively provide its customers with access to an enhanced personalization solution, underpinned by data architecture and AI, increasing Attraqt’s value proposition for both current and potential new clients.
Early Birds builds personalisation strategies at scale, and is said to be a specialist in using AI to deliver better conversions, improved operational efficiencies and more valuable experiences for retailers’ customers.
The commencement of this partnership is in line with three of the group’s priorities, as announced in the Group’s 2018 Annual Report: Enhancing partnerships; replicating UK success in other geographies; and increasing innovation with a particular focus on AI.
Laëtitia Comès, co-founder at Early Birds, concluded: “Our partnership with Attraqt signals our maturity in the ecommerce market, and we are thrilled to be able to extend our reputation of being personalisation leaders beyond the French market.
“Together with Attraqt, our investment in developing and deploying AI-algorithms alongside this newly gained layer of search and merchandising will certainly drive new standards for ecommerce experiences for our existing and mutual customers.”
