Carole Nash expands in Altrincham
Carole Nash, one of the UK’s leading motorbike insurance brokers, has expanded its occupational requirements at Trafalgar House, 110 Manchester Road, Altrincham.
It is taking an additional 4,000 sq ft of refurbished offices suites on the ground and second floors. Both the lease are for five years and two months and adds to their existing leases within the building at a rent of £15.00 per sq ft. This brings their total occupancy to 24,700 sq ft in the 36,000 sq ft building.
