Local solicitors welcomes partnership with Yorkshire businesses following 30th anniversary
Leeds law firm, Blacks Solicitors LLP has joined Welcome to Yorkshire’s respected Y30 Partnership.
Coinciding with the firm’s 30th anniversary, Blacks has joined a collective of fellow businesses passionate about Yorkshire.
The firm will share and develop ideas with influencers and thought leaders from Yorkshire, to make improvements to communities in the region, as well as support its economic growth by attracting more visitors, businesses, and investors.
Chris Allen, managing partner at Blacks, said: “We are very proud of our position as a leading law firm in the heart of Yorkshire. A large proportion of our staff and clientele are based here, and so it’s important we give something back with this partnership.
“Yorkshire has so much to offer from both a business and tourism perspective. We believe it’s vital that businesses in the region work closely together to form relationships, continue to innovate, and as a result strengthen our economy.”
Blacks is said to have demonstrated many initiatives to support the region, including: local charities, community volunteering, and participating in school mentoring schemes.
Peter Dodd, commercial director at Welcome to Yorkshire, concluded: “We’re delighted to welcome the award-winning Blacks Solicitors as a Y30 partner and we’re looking forward to exciting times ahead collaborating with this highly regarded and forward-thinking Yorkshire law firm.
“With a strong passion for the county, both organisations will work together, continuing to encourage growth and development in Yorkshire, as well as attracting and increasing further investment and tourism opportunities.”
