Essex district free to view new property developments from Bellway
Visitors to a new homes development in South Ockendon are being invited to be the first people to step inside two new viewhomes this weekend.
National housebuilder, Bellway is opening the viewhomes at its Highland Park development tomorrow (March 23) from 10am, giving potential purchasers an opportunity to get a feel for the range of property types available.
Highland Park, located off Arisdale Avenue, offers a range of two to four-bedroom homes.
Emma Hamlett, sales director for Bellway Thames Gateway, said: “We have carefully designed a wide range of homes at Highland Park to suit the needs of our buyers, including a number of adaptable homes for wheelchair users.
“We are looking forward to be able to offer even more properties for people to step inside and look around, along with additional incentives being offered on the launch date.
“It really helps to give prospective buyers a real feel for the homes and the development which helps to visualise living there.”
South Ockendon borders London, in the Thurrock borough and district of Essex.
