Orion Homes to launch new Gilberdyke development
Horbury-based housebuilder, Orion Homes, has announced the forthcoming launch of Jubilee Gardens, a new development of semi-detached and mews homes in Gilberdyke.
Plans have been approved for the construction of 29 properties off Station Road, offering a choice of three and four bedroom living to suit a variety of preferences. The homes are due to be released when development is officially launched this summer. All properties will be available with the government-backed Help to Buy scheme.
Orion Homes Sales Manager, Nikki Mallender, said:
“The launch of Jubilee Gardens represents another exciting stage in Orion Homes’ expansion. We are well-established in West Yorkshire, having built extensively in that region over the last four decades, but this represents our first development in this part of East Riding. We have identified demand at various levels of the property ladder in the Gilberdyke area and the mix of styles at Jubilee Gardens has been designed to serve a broad range of budgets, from first-time buyers to families.”
Jubilee Gardens will be the third new development which Orion Homes has commenced in the past 12 months. Last year the company launched a selection of four bedroom detached homes at Rose Farm Meadows in Altofts, near Wakefield, and a range of four and five bedroom detached homes at The Poplars in Brayton. Other ongoing developments include a choice of detached homes at Vicarage Meadows in Holmfirth and Leafield Gardens in Wrenthorpe, near Wakefield.
