Almost half of new Harrogate properties reserved following launch event
Following an oversubscribed launch event at the new Springfield Court development in Harrogate earlier this month, 30 per cent of available properties have now been reserved.
Developer, Newby’s show suite open event proved successful for a second event will take place on April 13.
With several more of the apartments now complete and in some cases furnished, it will give potential homeowners the opportunity to view more than half of the apartments in Phase One of the build.
Anthony Mackle, director of sales and marketing, said: “Our launch event was very over-subscribed - which was fantastic, but it also means you don’t always get to talk to people as much as you would like.
“We knew Springfield Court would be popular, as there’s not really any other properties like these, being so close to the town centre and with the high quality finish they feature.
“Many of the first apartments to go were the ones which include outside living space - and there are only a limited number of these now remaining.
“It’s rare for us to hold two open days so close together, but we hope that this second event will give people the opportunity to take more of a look round - those who came on the first one will be amazed at how much more is now completed.”
Springfield Court, situated just off King’s Road on Springfield Avenue, is a mixture of new build and conversion, on the site of the old AQA council buildings.
It is an exclusive development of 61 one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments with bespoke kitchens and private parking in a secure gated development.
Phase One is said to have 35 homes on offer, with the first completions due to take place in May. Phase Two is expected in 2020.
