Low-cost gym brand achieves £100k savings milestone with Perkbox
Today (April 3), low-cost exercise brand, The Gym has passed the milestone of £100k worth of savings in its investment towards employee ‘happiness’.
Maintaining company culture is a key focus for The Gym, which has recently launched a new operating model in its gyms.
The company’s partnership with Perkbox caters for the entire employee experience of its members of staff.
With a log in rate of 95 per cent, and with over 450 employees, 6,060 perk redemptions have taken place on the platform to date.
