SCALA bolsters offering with new senior appointment
Huddersfield-based supply chain and logistics consultancy, SCALA, continues to strengthen both its senior team and services with the appointment of a new associate director.
With over 25 years’ experience spanning FMCG, confectionary and healthcare for both large and small organisations, Oliver Cofler joins SCALA with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Most recently, Oliver held the position of operations director at Alliance Healthcare, where he was responsible for all aspects of operations across the UK. Prior to this, Oliver led supply chain and logistics operations across the UK and Europe for a number of high-profile businesses, including Price Waterhouse Cooper, Cadbury, Kraft and Mondelez.
John Perry, managing director at SCALA, commented: “I am delighted that Oliver has joined SCALA at this crucial period of our growth. Not only does Oliver bring exceptional supply chain experience and expertise, he is also equipped with the knowledge to understand the issues currently facing major corporations and how best to address them.
“Having gained an excellent reputation working with major clients in the FMCG and retail sectors to drive supply chain improvements, deliver business benefits and enable companies to achieve their objectives, we believe Oliver’s appointment will only serve to strengthen SCALA’s offering.”
Oliver Cofler joined the business on the 1st March and will be working with SCALA’s clients to optimise supply chain strategies but also, more specifically, to enhance the delivery of sales and operations and demand driven supply chains.
