Apprentices at the Double
Melissa Jones, apprentice Technician at Stafford Land Rover and Oliver Rhodes, apprentice Technician at Swansway Jaguar in Crewe, have been nominated for the Jaguar Land Rover Apprentice of the Year Award.
Both have been nominated by their Babcock Apprentice Assessor, Graham Cahill, who has put forward six apprentices for the prestigious award, two of which are from family-owned and run Swansway Group.
Melissa and Oliver are thrilled to have been nominated and Apprentice and Training Co-Ordinator for Swansway commented, “Both Melissa and Oliver receive excellent feedback all the time, not only from their assessor, Graham, but also from the JLR training centre. Everyone comments on how committed they both are, going above and beyond what they need to do and really embracing their apprenticeships”.
“We are so proud of this double achievement for our apprentices and are delighted to be increasing our apprentice intake in 2019 to one hundred apprentices across the Swansway Group”, added Lorna.
