Real estate managers launch prime Castleford industrial unit
St Brides Managers has appointed CBRE’s Leeds Industrial Agency team with Carter Towler to market Unit 1 Speedwell Road.
The space consists of a 37,555 sq ft prime industrial warehouse in Castleford.
The unit will be available this year, in Q3, and is hitting the market at a reportedly apt time when demand for leasehold space of this size on the M62 corridor is in short supply.
Sophie Angus, senior surveyor for CBRE’s Industrial team in Leeds, said: “The Speedwell Road unit is coming to market at a time when there is strong demand for warehouse space across Yorkshire.
“Supply levels of industrial units of this size in this location are extremely low along the M62 corridor, so we anticipate high interest in the Speedwell Road unit.”
Unit 1 Speedwell Road offers 35,055 sq ft of warehouse space and 2,500 sq ft of office accommodation across the first and second floor.
Housed in an industrial hub close to J31 of the M62 motorway, the unit lies adjacent to Wakefield Europort and is surrounded by established operators including DHL, Haribo, Argos and Royal Mail.
