Matt Dunford and Scott Sullivan appointed as site managers in Wimborne

Matt Dunford and Scott Sullivan have been appointed as site managers for Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes respectively at Canford Paddock in Wimborne, where work is underway to create a community of 324 new homes.

Each will be responsible for overseeing construction at the two sites, liaising with construction workers, subcontractors and suppliers.

With 10 years’ experience in the housing industry, Matt has previously been overseeing a site of more than 400 homes for another developer - and will play a key role in mentoring local apprentices working on this latest new community.

He said: “I’m delighted to be working on the superb new home designs here in Wimborne. I take great pleasure in making sure buyers are 100 percent happy with their purchase.”

Scott Sullivan has worked within the construction industry for more than 20 years and is committed to presenting buyers at the development with their dream home.

“Listening carefully to their needs and ensuring that everything is just right for them is hugely important. I have a great team here at Canford Paddock and overseeing a safe site that is a great place to work is also a key part of my role.

“Progress is good and we’re all looking forward to opening the doors to what will be an impressive new community at Canford Paddock later this year.”
