Key IVR Partners with Irish VoIP Provider, IP Telecom, in £250,000 Deal
We are delighted to announce our partnership with Ireland’s leading provider of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephony, IP Telecom, in a deal worth £250,000. Established in 2010, their dedication to delivering a quality service to businesses of all sizes has allowed them to grow substantially to get to where they are today.
IP Telecom offers innovative telecommunication solutions to small, medium and larger enterprises, with dedicated support to ensure they deliver a quality service that focuses on their clients’ needs. By partnering with some of Ireland’s most dependable and innovative technology providers, they can reach even more businesses with custom-tailored VoIP Solutions.
Anthony Tattan, Commercial Director at IP Telecom said:
“At IP Telecom, we are hugely excited by this partnership. The subject of compliance around secure online payments and out of hours online payment processing in a PCI compliant way is so intricate and potentially perilous for businesses.
Partnering with Key IVR means we are guaranteed that our customers have iron-clad, 100% secure and PCI compliant online payment processing – fully integrated with their IP Telecom Hosted PBX solution, even for out-of-hours automated payments.
Everyone involved in the relationship, from the end customer making the payment, to our clients who are processing them, to IP Telecom ourselves – we can all sleep soundly at night in the knowledge that Key IVR are taking care of business for us.“
Key IVR will be working with IP Telecom to provide telephony solutions to their clients and partners that not only improves the communication technology and customer experience but helps organisations reduce the risks involved when processing sensitive customer payment details. Our services, including Agent Assisted Payments for over-the-phone payments, are highly flexible to protect a range of communication setups including SIP, on-site PBX, hosted PBX and VoIP, to the highest level of PCI-DSS compliance.
Dianne Smith, Head of Partnerships at Key IVR said:
“More and more organisations are becoming aware of the impact and risks associated with poor levels of payment security, such as storing card details on-site, not suppressing DTMF tones or exposing their agents to the customer’s sensitive payment data. We’re glad to be working IP Telecom in providing highly secure solutions to their clients, that in turn will protect thousands of their customers.
Our services are an important consideration for any organisation assessing the security of their IT or telecom setup when taking payments. We’re excited to be working with a leading telecom provider such as IP Telecom to deliver our services alongside their impressive telecommunications portfolio.“
