Easter Bunny Ventures Far and Wide
The Easter bunny has been out and about all across the areas served by family-owned Swansway Motor Group.
Each year Swansway hold an Easter Eggs-travaganza, delivering 1000’s of Easter eggs to the young and old alike. Just some of the groups to benefit have bee; the Social Supermarket in Crewe, Belong Village in Crewe, Grace’s Place Children’s Hospice in Radcliffe, Manchester; Cash for Kids Charity appeal, Endeavour supporting women and children who are the victim’s of domestic violence and many many more.
Being the bunny has been hot work over the warmest Easter weekend on record as Nathaniel McDonald from Swansway Honda Bolton commented “I gave up some of my time on Good Friday to be the Easter bunny for Forget-me-not Children’s Hospice at Grace’s Place. It was incredibly hot in the bunny suit and when I took it off it wasn’t a pretty sight, my white shirt was soaking wet through, but seeing the kid’s faces was worth every drop of sweat”!
Particularly delighted to meet the Easter bunny was 5-year-old, Ella Eckersley, cared for at Grace’s Place, Ella has multiple issues which mean she can’t speak or hear, but loves spending time in the hospice’s sensory room and was absolutely thrilled to meet the Easter bunny, who was equally delighted to meet her.
