They use local produce, with sites often being situated near shooting estates to enable the use of seasonal game, locally shot and prepared on site, and fresh fish and shell fish from nearby chalk streams. They value the partnerships they have built with producers and suppliers, taking pride in using their ingredients as an integral part of the way they work. The majority of Cirrus Inns fall under the umbrella of the Epicurean Collection – a group of countryside inns and city pubs dedicated to the finest in British food, comfort and culture. Members of the Epicurean Club can benefit from rewards and offers across the Collection, from complimentary drinks, bar snacks and desserts, and best rates on hotel rooms.
