ITEC Celebrates Profitable First Year following Merger
8th May 2019 – The southern division of managed technology provider ITEC has released its financial figures for 2018/19 revealing a very profitable first year operating in the South of England following a merger with Copyrite in April 2018.
The company turned over £5.4m in the first nine months as the business division serving customers on the South Coast and beyond. The Dorset office, situated in Wimborne, looks after more than 1500 customers; almost half of ITEC Group’s complete client base.
Jon Butler, IT and Facilities Manager for Berry Recruitment, which has 36 offices across the UK said: “Given the scale of our operations we needed to instruct a technology partner that could handle large-scale IT deployments and ongoing customer support. ITEC has proven to be capable in delivering projects on time and remains a valued supplier to our business.”
Simon Cross, Managing Partner for Humphries Kirk added: “The legal industry is highly regulated and there are sensitivities around how we store and share data. We chose ITEC given their experience in our sector and a good understanding of the complexities we face. We’re very happy with the service that ITEC South has delivered.”
Nick Orme, CEO of ITEC said: “Our objective was to become a technology powerhouse capable of serving a growing number of customers as they become increasingly agile and digitally native. The latest figures have exceeded our expectations and I am incredibly proud of our teams in the Dorset and Hampshire for delivering such an invaluable service.”
ITEC Group serves over 3,500 customers, employing 300 staff and bringing in annual sales of £45 million.
