Revolutionary mobile app launched with help from RTC North and Access Innovation
A mobile application (app) that enables small B2C companies to be active on social media and to grow their online communities has been launched.
Justo Software takes just seconds to automatically create weekly or monthly schedules of social media posts for its users based on their criteria and preferences. The app is aimed at sole-traders and small businesses and doesn’t require any creative insight and input.
Michelle Cowan developed Justo Software following hearing her nail technician, complaining about not having the time, nor the knowledge to run social media accounts for her business.
Michelle benefited from support through the Access Innovation programme. Supporting SMEs to develop new products and services by accessing specialist expertise, one to one advice and workshops. The programme is delivered by RTC North on behalf of the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership’s (LEP).
The advisors helped Michelle to work on her business strategy as well as intellectual property and funding. Michelle explains:
“The guidance and advice we received through the programme was second to none. We got a number of things from it - from access to experts specialising in different business functions to just a go-to person for advice. Our Advisor Iain is a very good listener and provides great advice.”
Advisor, Iain Edwards added: “It has been a fantastic journey working with Michelle on Justo Software and being part of the development and growth processes. I am keen to continue to support her through the Access Innovation programme and look forward to achieving new successes together.”
Michelle has attended a number of Access Innovation events too which have helped her gain invaluable knowledge and expert insight.
RTC North business advisors continue to meet with Michelle and to provide guidance and expertise on the next steps of the product development – offering a B2B marketing service going forward.
