MG Expands With Office Move
MG Financial Services has expanded rapidly over the last year, and after four years of trading from Cobalt Business park the company has invested in moving offices to accommodate further growth.
The team of six who specialise in mortgage and protection advice, as well as equity release, have moved to Mistral House on Kingfisher Way in Silverlink Business Park Wallsend.
The investment in larger office space will also create one more full time role in the coming year, allow more customers to benefit from the first class advice given by owner Martin Graham, mortgage advisor Nicola Cowan and equity release expert Steve Wilson. Martin said:
“The opportunity came up to have four offices together in a wing of Mistral House, which is undergoing significant redevelopment and is looking very fresh and professional. The building has easy access and excellent parking. As well as giving us lots more space, it is a nice building for our customers to visit.”
MG Financial Service secured over £50m of mortgages in the last financial year and is on target to beat that this year. The move and investment shows a confidence in the mortgage market for the region. Martin concluded:
“We are seeing no apathy in applications and having pretty much no issues in getting lending through. The North East is still showings itself as buoyant and keen to keep moving or investing. That has given us the confidence to make this investment in growth and a new office.”
Anyone interested in having their mortgage reviewed, talking about increasing or improving their financial protection or wanting to get on the property ladder should contact the team.
