Mold junior football club boosted by digital PR agency’s sponsorship

A Mold-based team of junior footballers have been boosted by a new sponsorship deal from a digital PR agency.

Outwrite PR has purchased new shirts for Mold Alexandra FC’s U13s side, who play their home games just half a mile from the company’s head office.

And the partnership comes at a vital time for the team, who were in need of replacement strips for their next few seasons of youth football in North Wales.

The squad, who ply their trade in the Flintshire Youth League and compete in North East Wales FA cup competitions, are currently planning for their U14s campaign.

Outwrite’s support will help the club, which is a founder member of the League of Wales, continue to provide football for young people in the area, says U13s coach Dan Edwards.

He said: “As a club we’re well known for our youth set up and activity across North Wales, and sponsorship from local businesses like Outwrite is what helps keep us going.

“The lads are all really pleased with the new shirts, which they’ll wear with pride as they progress through the junior levels to prepare them for the senior game.”

Stacey Wright, director at Outwrite PR, added: “When we found out Mold Alex U13s were in need of new shirts, we were more than happy to help, and the Outwrite logo looks brilliant on the kits.

“Outwrite has been based in Flintshire for 25 years and we like to support worthy causes in the county, particularly in and around Mold where our office is.

“This sponsorship follows on from our community work with Flintshire Foodbank, when the team helped out with sorting at its headquarters and taking donations at Tesco.”

In addition to supporting Flintshire Foodbank, Outwrite has participated in Mold Town Council’s annual Santa Dash, and sponsored the local real ale festival, Novemberfest.

The agency’s clients include Bromborough-based LBW Chartered Accountants, UK-wide engineering, environmental, and planning consultancy Caulmert, Jones Bros Civil Engineering UK, and foodservice buying group Fairway Foodservice.
