Yorkshire Aesthetician Shortlisted in National Safety in Beauty Awards

Jen Vittanuova, the founder and lead aesthetician of Pretty Machine Aesthetics which has clinics in Huddersfield, Leeds, Birmingham, and Harley Street in London has been named as a finalist in the prestigious Safety in Beauty Awards.

Named as a finalist in the Aesthetic Nurse of the Year category, Jen has been recognised as one of the industry’s leading figures going the extra mile in pursuit of the highest standards of safety in an industry frustratingly tainted by the rogue minority.

The awards were established by The Safety in Beauty Campaign, the only UK independent organisation to provide free recourse and support to victims of adverse outcomes in cosmetic treatments and beauty procedures.

The Diamond Awards and 5th Anniversary Gala take place at the 5 star Hilton Hotel in Mayfair, London on Saturday 6th July.

Alongside the Safety in Beauty shortlist, Pretty Machine Aesthetics has also recently been awarded two further accolades including Aesthetic Clinic of the Year (Yorkshire) from Lux Life Health, Beauty and Wellness Awards and Luxury Beauty Salon (Skin Care) – London at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2019.

Commenting on the accolades, Jen Vittanuova said; “I am delighted to have been recognised as one of the industry’s leading figures championing the importance of safety in beauty. The impact of poor practice has far reaching consequences for both the individual and often results in the NHS footing the bill to rectify when things go wrong. Having been recognised by Safety in Beauty and the further two awards evidences our highest standards both in undertaking procedures but ethics too.”
