Prestigious Whitby development “proving very popular”
The prestigious Spa Well Court housing development close to the heart of the historic seaside town of Whitby has already seen 25 per cent sold of the apartments being sold off plan.
Spa Well Court is being developed by Caedmon Homes, the residential arm of North Yorkshire-based property company Norstar Real Estate Group.
Spa Well Court, which is situated off Broomfield Terrace, comprises 10 apartments and 10 town houses.
They will be ready for occupation in early autumn this year.
Leading Whitby estate agents Hendersons are marketing the development.
Paul Brown, director of Caedmon Homes, commented: “We are delighted to be working with such a respected local estate agent as Nick Henderson of Hendersons. The company has an excellent reputation in the Whitby area and beyond and are already marketing Spa Well Court effectively and successfully.”
“Although the apartments and houses have not been completed yet, five apartments have been reserved in the Shipwright’s section of the development. There are now only five apartments left, so would-be purchasers are advised to hurry, as the development is proving very popular.”
Nick Henderson said: “The first phase was a tremendous success and, knowing the Whitby market as I do, that success is highly likely to be repeated. We are extremely proud to be working with Caedmon Homes on their new Spa Well Court development, which is located in the centre of Whitby. The team at Hendersons are enjoying selling these properties.
“Whitby is becoming increasingly popular across the country. Its reputation as one of the hottest holiday destinations in the UK has never been higher, fuelled not only by the unique beauty of the town and the surrounding countryside, but also by the quality of its retail and leisure offering with outstanding shops and restaurants.
“Taking this into account, the demand for a brand-new premier housing development has never been higher. Our South and West Yorkshire-based clients are always on the lookout for high-quality homes and apartments to either use as a commercial holiday let or simply a luxury second home. These homes will suit them perfectly.
“Location, location, location is housing gurus Phil Spencer & Kirstie Allsopp’s mantra. Well, Spa Well Court is only 200 meters away from the centre and is perfect for a short walk into town. Parking this close to town is another strong attraction.
The show home at Spa Well Court, fitted out by talented Gateshead-based designer Graeme Fuller, is scheduled to be ready in early August. The development will be officially launched then.
