CPP appointed to market key Sheffield city centre office space
National property consultancy Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP) has today announced that it has been appointed to market 20,000 sq ft of high specification office space at Dearing House in Sheffield, after it underwent an impressive refurbishment by CPP FM & Projects Ltd.
Located on Young Street in Sheffield City Centre, fronting St Mary’s Gate, Dearing House is a high-quality office in an excellent location.
Named after the late Baron Dearing, the property was constructed for UfI, with this being the first time the property has been available since it was converted from its original use as the document factory.
Many of the original features remain in-situ, such as the attractive period façade, internal spiral staircase and bespoke glazing, offering something unique to the market.
Rob Darrington, Partner at CPP, said: “Dearing House offers an outstanding opportunity for multiple businesses to secure a modern, luxury office, with fantastic facilitates in a key location, right in the heart of Sheffield.”
The ground floor has been remodelled to create an impressive new reception, and the car parking for the offices are also excellent – almost double what is on offer elsewhere in the city centre.
Both the Ground, 1st and 2nd floors are still available, but there has already been some interest from potential tenants due to the high-quality features.
He added: “Not only has the recent refurbishment by our sister company CPP FM & Projects enhanced the space, but the quality of parking at the offices is also an attractive feature – parking in the city centre can often be quite difficult.
“The quality of Dearing House has been reflected in the interest we’ve already had, and we’d urge anyone who might be interested to contact us as soon as possible.”
