Panintelligence preps for scale-up with two board appointments

Growing data analytics software business Panintelligence has expanded its senior management team with the appointment of two board directors.

Charlotte Bailey joins the Leeds-based tech business as operations director, after four years as head of delivery services at decision analytics operation Experian Solutions, while Sara Parker, who previously worked as a product director at payment systems company VocaLink, has been appointed commercial director working with the firm’s sales and marketing team.

“I’m really thrilled to welcome Sara and Charly onto the board at an exciting time for the business as we start to really scale up,” said Panintelligence CEO Zandra Moore. “Demand for our unique platform, enabling small businesses to securely extract insight and value from their own data, is growing fast and, with fantastic tech pedigrees they are both excellent additions to the Panintelligence board. “

Launched in 2014, the business celebrated a record 25% growth in turnover to £1.8m this year and now has more than 200,000 users of its software. Panintelligence Pi, the firm’s secure cloud-based BI and analytics platform, is white labelled across a wide range of industry sectors, from retail and education to local government and healthcare. It provides real-time dashboards and predictive analytics, enabling businesses to use their own data to drive strategic decision-making.

Commenting on her new role as operations director, Charlotte Bailey said: “I’m really proud to be working at Panintelligence: it’s a diverse tech company that strives to disrupt the BI status quo. The business has a values-driven culture where we all take pride in making it a great place to work.

“We have big plans regarding the products and services we are going to be providing to customers in the coming months and years - and a fierce desire to deliver best of breed by developing new functionality and the implementation of new preconfigured solutions.”

Sara Parker added: “Panintelligence has a reputation as an organisation that is easy to do business with and, as commercial director, I’m looking for ways to make that even more straightforward as we continue our growth story.

“It is particularly exciting to be joining the business now because there’s so much to get out there and talk about. We have fabulous customers from all sorts of sectors, including fintech, education and the public sector, and we are working with inspired and inspiring people to really help make a difference to a range of organisations’ decision making.”
