Property consultancy agrees cluster of commercial lettings
A national property consultancy headquartered in London has agreed a cluster of commercial lettings.
Carter Jonas has agreed the lettings totalling 3,905 sq ft (362.87 sq m) at Westfield Industrial Estate in Radstock, Somerset, on a ten-year lease to Smart Tab Products, a local security printer company.
Units 3, 4, 9 and 10 are positioned adjacent to Screwfix on the Westfield Industrial Estate, which serves as the principal employment hub within the area.
The mid-terrace commercial units comprise 668 sq ft (62.07 sq m) of office accommodation and 3,237 sq ft (362.87 sq m) of industrial accommodation, with car parking to the rear.
Associate partner at Carter Jonas, Alison Williams, said: “Given its status as the principal employment hub within the area, it’s easy to see why commercial accommodation at Westfield Industrial Estate is much-coveted.
“Indeed, this cluster of lettings indicates no ebb demand is to be expected anytime soon.
“Personally, I’m pleased to have played a role in securing a quality tenant in Smart Tab Products for this quality real estate - we hope to see the business go from strength-to-strength at this site.”
