Families enjoy fun day at North Yate community event
Hundreds of people attended a family fun day in North Yate at the weekend held to mark the official launch of Ladden Garden Village.
Five star housebuilders Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes laid on a raft of entertainment for local residents with visitors enjoying a hog roast, music from The Forever Steel Band, bouncy castle and even visits from Rubble the Builder from Paw Patrol and Disney Princess Belle.
“It was a great way to officially launch the Ladden Garden Village development in North Yate,” said Barratt Homes sales director Andrea Pilgrim. “It’s important that we demonstrate from the very beginning that we are an important part of local life and that we want to be involved in the local community and this was a great opportunity to show our commitment to the area.”
David Wilson Homes sales director Louise Ware said it was great to welcome so many people to the development. “The whole event was a great success and it was the perfect opportunity for people to learn more about the homes we are building here and view the show homes which are now open.”
