Traceability experts earn recognition at BSI
Stevens Traceability, experts in traceability software and weighing equipment, was officially presented with the esteemed ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for their Information Security Management System by the British Standards Institute.
After undergoing rigorous assessment earlier this year, Stevens Traceability earned the internationally recognised standard and was invited to attend an official presentation at BSI’s office in Milton Keynes on the 12th June. The Lancashire firm was presented with their certification by Anne Scorey, UK Managing Director for BSI.
David Astridge, Operations Manager ((pictured right) said: “We strive to have the best security protocols in place to protect data and show our commitment to the security of customer and employee information. Being awarded the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification reflects the hard work of the team at Stevens and their commitment to best practice.”
Paul Coverley, Technical Manager (pictured left) added: “We are extremely proud of achieving this standard, along with our other ISO and UKAS accreditations. BSI was very welcoming, and the day provided an opportunity to network and celebrate the successes of all the businesses receiving recognition on the day.”
